Job Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams under the direction of Motion Lead
• You will be responsible to work on multiple on-going timelines and projects. Overall, you are a Fresh Thinker who embraces challenges as well as new methods of thinking, always seeking and incorporating new ideas into your ever evolving repertoire.
• Be able to inspire and provide guidance to a client (internal) in various areas of production (visual, copy, design, production and post-production).
• You will be expected to be able to execute design for a given project, but to also be able to accept criticism about your work and be able to adapt that work to meet the creative needs of a client or project. We are a tight-knit team and, therefore, your vision and artistic sensibilities will influence and help drive the look and direction of the creative in this company – a responsibility we don’t consider lightly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a college degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4d preferred. Moderate knowledge of FCP editing, Flash, and have experience with photo and video production (desired but not requisite).
• Approximately 3 years’ experience would be about right, however we love to be surprised by good young designers who show us lots of potential.
• An awareness of current design trends with a passion for Motion Design.
• Demo reel required, please overview your contributions to shots in reel.
• Note: Your reel is what is going to get you this position! We are looking for fresh and talented designers who are passionate about their work. Please submit original work, no tutorials. We know the industry, and yes we will recognize tutorials. We want to know what you can do.
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work well with others and as part of a team.
• Reliable, on-time, and able to work autonomously for entire HOURS at a time.
• An awareness of current design trends with a passion for Motion Design.
