Informatech was founded in 2006 by Phil Palmer, a former Price Waterhouse Coopers IT Project Manager and Dan Eyring an IT Recruiter and ERP Systems Sales consultant. Their mission was simple; “Revolutionize the broken recruiting and contracting industry.”

Necessary evils surround us all; April 15th, Meter Maids, Used Car Salesmen, and if you are a hiring manager at an IT-centric company……recruiters. There is perhaps a no more hated vendor than the IT Recruiter. Most charge outrageous fees for doing little more than finding a resume online and emailing it to the client after a 5 minute “screening” conversation.

Informatech has changed all of that. We look to forge long term partnerships with our clients based on a deep understanding of your business, culture, and needs. We don’t charge based on a percentage. We look at your needs, your budget and our ability to find the right professionals for you and then we fix a price that will not change. Our fees are usually about one third of what traditional recruiters charge. In the spirit of the technical world in which we live, we like to call it RaaS. (Recruiting As A Service).
